270. Appeal against aggregate sentence

On sentencing a person where the sentence appealed against is an aggregate sentence of imprisonment imposed in accordance with section 9(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 or an aggregate fine imposed in accordance with section 51 of that Act, the County Court may rely on any agreed statement of facts (however derived) relevant to any charge contained in the original charge-sheet.
